Refund policy
RETURN POLICY:
- 10-Day Return Policy: All returns, refunds, and exchanges are valid within 10 days of delivery. Manufacturer defects, damaged, or incorrect items are exceptions and are valid within 60 days. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with merchandise tags in place.
- SHIPPING COSTS: Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping (limited exceptions include manufacturer’s defects, items damaged in shipping, and incorrect items).
- PROCESSING TIMES: Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the shipping and processing of your return. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to ten business days, after your credit has been applied, for it to post to your account.
